These snaps are from Karl's 12 December 2002 appearance on The Today Show. The show featured Viggo Mortensen, Orlando Bloom, and Karl and introduced them as "three other faces attracting a lot of attention in The Two Towers." When told he was being "billed as the hottie of The Two Towers," Karl responded, "I don't think anyone's going to knock Viggo off his mantle." Personally, I think there's room on the mantle for all of these guys.
