General Hospital

Patrick played Professor Theodore "Ted" Murty from 1997 until 1999 (or thereabouts). His story line involved the rape of a student (Liz Weber). The rapist had a mask on and Professor Murty ended up being accused. It wasn't until Liz and her boyfriend Lucky tried to confront Ted in his home did they learn he was innocent. It was at this time they also learned he was gay. Surprisingly, the show never focused on the "gay teacher" storyline. Thanks to Chris for the synopsis, since I did not watch this GH at this time.

This, unfortunately, is the only snap I have. And it's not very good. My apologies.
